hold until after your snake is removed.

fee applies to all residential calls. We will come out and
inspect your property within reason. We will add this fee to
all services mentioned below. This fee will cover up to 5 acres. For
bigger lots, please call for a quote.
Jobs that require the crawl spaces under buildings or houses to
be searched $200.00 minimum.

The reason that this fee is higher than the above inspection is
that, the properties are larger and there is a lot more education
done on a movie set / camp. Usually the actors and other people like
to stop and watch us look for the snakes. When this happens, they
usually like to ask questions, which we are happy to answer. We also
like to leave information sheets on the snakes in the area, so
everyone on the set can get familiar with what lives in the bushes.
This takes more time than the above inspection.

The product that we use is safe to use in areas where your
children and pets play. It is considered a low risk repellent by the
EPA, and has been cleared for use in southern California by both the
EPA and the Department of Pest Regulations. All ingredients in this
product are cooking spices. The main two chemicals being clover oil,
and cinnamon extract. The product is a spray so you don't
have to worry about anyone or anything ingesting it. The spray also
lasts about 6 to 8 weeks, given the amount of watering you do

If your intentions are to throw
this product in the trash with a live snake or any other animal
attached, we will refuse the sale of our product to you. It is both
cruel and dangerous to do this to a living animal.

We can also service your property with
these traps. We will place several traps strategically around your
property. Over the course of five days, we will check the traps once
daily.

depending on what type of fencing we are attaching our mesh too. If
you have chain link, we will add a 10% fee to the total. Chain link
fences take more time to work on. Gates and any other custom work
are also a separate fee!
We seal off your property with quarter-inch Hardware
Cloth Mesh. We go along the outside of your existing fence and
partially into the dirt with the wire to seal off your house. This
is about 95% effective and has helped with the keeping out
of unwanted snakes from yards. The mesh that we use is galvinized so
it will not rust. In fact, we have dated the wire back 15 years and
it still looks new. This wire will probably outlast your
existing fence.
Gates have a different fee as well given the complexity of the
gate!
