Thank you for taking the time to inquire
about So. Cal. Snake Removal. We started this business in February
2003 with the hopes of offering the public an alternative method of
removing unwanted snakes that were found on their properties. Our
company consists of a small group of individuals who believe these
reptiles should get a second chance at life. This site has been
put together to help the average person understand what we do and to
help give them knowledge of the snakes in their
environment.
There are a few different companies that will respond
to snake calls. Some of these companies are the Fire Department,
Animal Regulations, Department of Fish and Game, and the Police
Department. If you have ever called these agencies, it
probably took a while for them to respond, and that's if they
even responded. When they finally do come for the snake, they just
kill it and throw it away.
What sets Southern California Snake Removal apart from
them is, we don't kill what we catch. We simply
move the animal away from your property and release it. The only
time we won't release a snake is if it appears sick or is non-native
to California. In which case, the snake will receive
professional medical help and a new home. With all the calls
that we respond to, we have yet to get a complaint that the snake
has returned.
